  • Payment must be completed before order processing (except where Pay on Delivery is available)

  • Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location
  • Our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details

Important:

  • Please provide a valid phone number and accurate address
  • If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed or cancelled
  • Delivery is completed once the product is handed over at your location

5. Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Must be reported within 24–48 hours after delivery
  • Send clear photo/video evidence
  • Eligible for replacement or refund after review

Change of Mind / Wrong Order:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection after order confirmation

Refunds:

  • Processed to the original payment method
  • May take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailability

We will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Ownership of Products

Ownership of products transfers to you once payment is confirmed and the product is delivered.
